Domestic Shipping Australia

Order will be shipped out 1-2 days from the order day.

We offer a flat rate of $10 Australia wide for all orders 5kg or less.

Otherwise shipping will be calculated by Australia Post.

All parcels will be issued a tracking number through Australia post.

International Shipping:

We are pleased to offer international shipping; prices will be determined by Australia post.

Packaging:

As Lovely Llama Soaps is plastic free, we'll wrap your products in tissue paper before carefully packing your items into a box filled with recycled Kraft paper filler to ensure the best protection possible.

If for some reason your goods arrive damaged please contact us within 48 hours of order being received and we will work out a solution, no Prob-Llama.

Authority to Leave:

However tempting it is to have your parcels left at your front door or another 'secure' spot Lovely Llama Soaps cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items, we also don't recommend having your beautiful soaps sit in the beautiful Australian sun shine all day as we cannot guarantee that your newly purchased creations wont melt away into a sudsy puddle.
