Here at Lovely Llama Soaps we want you to love your soaps as much as we do so if they arrive damaged please contact us and we will take care of the issue.. No Prob-Llama.

If you'd like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible and a refund will be processed.

Unfortunately refunds will not be accepted once your item has been shipped as we do not refund for change of mind.

• Please note that if your purchase a soap with a non-soap item attached such as a tumbled stone it is advised to remove these items before use.
• Please read the full ingredients list of each item as no refunds will be processed for allergies, my ingredients listed may differ for each creation.
